Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Saturday & Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

• Within Pakistan:
  Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
• Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned.

Courier Service

• We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via SMS or WhatsApp (if available).

Delivery Attempts

• Couriers usually make 2 delivery attempts.
• If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Order Verification

• Farrah Fabrics reserves the right to verify orders via call or message before dispatch.
• Unverified or suspicious orders may be delayed or cancelled.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

• Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures.
• Claims made after this period may not be entertained.

Change of Address

• Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, changes are not possible.
